Major Shareholder Disclosure – BW LPG Limited

BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”) has today issued 1,350,000 shares to Avance Gas
Holding Ltd (“Avance Gas”) as part of the settlement for the sale and delivery
of the vessel Avance Levant.

Following the above issuance, Avance Gas holds 7,500,000 shares in BW LPG,
representing 5.08% shareholding.

The information contained herein is subject to the disclosure requirements of
sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
