Stockholm: IPCO) reports the following, in accordance with the Swedish Financial
Instruments Trading Act:
Following the cancellation of 361,937 common shares repurchased by IPC under the
normal course issuer bid / share repurchase program, the total number of issued
and outstanding common shares of the Corporation is 119,882,701 common shares
with voting rights as at November 29, 2024 and IPC holds no common shares in
treasury.

Canada, Malaysia and France, providing a solid foundation for organic and
