It has today been resolved to conduct a de-merger of Ludvig Lorentzen AS, which
prior to the de-merger owned 5,016,000 shares in Napatech A/S, representing
appr. 5.02% of the shares and votes of Napatech A/S. Following the completion of
the de-merger, Ludvig Lorentzen AS will own 50,160 shares in Napatech A/S,
representing appr. 0.05% of the shares and voting rights of Napatech A/S.
Ludvig Lorentzen AS will thereby fall below the 5% threshold as set out in
section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the corresponding rules as set
out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR
(regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse) as implemented in Norway in
accordance with section 3-1 of the Securities Trading Act and section 4-2 of the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act, and section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets
Act.
