NRC Group ASA - Transaction made under the share buyback program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA
(the "Company") of 20 November 2024 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 5
million in the market, covering a maximum number of 1,250,000 shares.

From 20 November 2024 until 28 November 2024, NRC Group ASA has purchased a
total of 512,332 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange.

At present date, NRC Group ASA owns 608,307 treasury shares in the Company,
corresponding to 0.35% of the share capital.

A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program
carried out during the above time period is attached hereto.
