trade primary insiders

On 27 November 2024 Team Hagelin AB, a close associate of board member Erik
Hagelin, sold 184,788 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS (the "Company" or
"Huddlestock") at an average price of NOK 0.4919 per share.



On 27 November 2024 Untie Group AB, a close associate of board member Stefan
Willebrand, sold 503,961 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 0.5249
per share.



On 27 November 2024 Willebrand Group AB, a close associate of board member
Stefan Willebrand, sold 189,288 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK
0.4929 per share.



Attached are the notifications of the transactions in accordance with the Market
Abuse Regulation Article 19.
