Kamato AS, a closely associated company of primary insider Helge Simonnes (board
member), has on 28 November 2024 purchased 6,000 shares at a price of NOK 6,20
per share.

After the transaction, Kamato AS holds 263,499 shares in HAV Group ASA. In
addition, Simonnes holds 16,556 shares in his own name.
