Eqva ASA: Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of Eqva ASA (OSE: EQVA) was held on 28 November
2024 at 10:00 hours (CET) as a virtual meeting.
In accordance with the Board’s and the Nomination Committee’s proposal, the
general meeting passed the following resolutions: (i) the CEO Even Matre
Ellingsen is elected to chair the meeting and Ellen Merete Hanetho is elected to
co-sign the minutes, (ii) approval of the notice and the proposed agenda, (iii)
Tore Schiøtz is elected as new Board member of Eqva ASA, (iv) Ellen Merete
Hanetho is elected Chair of the Board of Eqva ASA, (v) Erling Astrup is elected
as a new member of the Nomination Committee, and (vi) amendment of the articles
of association § 10.
