Observe Medical ASA: Mandatory notification of trades by primary insider

Oslo, 26 November 2024: Observe Medical ASA (the "Company") has been informed
that Terje Bakken, chairman of the board and primary insider in the Company, has
today purchased 100,000 shares in the Company as further specified in the
attached notification form.

Following the purchase Terje Bakken holds 100,000 shares in the Company. In
addition, Terje Bakken holds 1,250,000 shares through Kikinn Invest AS.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
