Observe Medical ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Oslo, 26 November 2024: Observe Medical ASA (the "Company") has been informed
that Jørgen Mann, CEO and primary insider in the Company, has today purchased
100,000 shares in the Company as further specified in the attached notification
form.

Following the purchase, Jørgen Mann holds 600,000 shares in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
