Norwegian Block Exchange AS: Receipt of subscription rights in the Rights Issue by primary insiders and their close associates

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norwegian
Block Exchange AS (the "Company") 25 November 2024, regarding the commencement
of the subscription period in the partially underwritten rights issue (the
"Rights Issue"). As part of this process, subscription rights have been
allocated to primary insiders and their close associates.
The following primary insiders in the Company have today received subscription
rights in connection with the Rights Issue:
• Vegard Kristiansen, who is a board member in the Company, has received
6,650,000 subscription rights in the Company;
• Anna Helene Kjos-Mathisen, who is a board member in the Company, has received
13,399 subscription rights in the Company;
• Stig Alexander Kjos-Mathisen, who is the CEO of the Company, has received
52,725 subscription rights in the Company; and
• Inna Romanenko, who is the Chief AML Officer of the Company, has received
4,250 subscription rights in the Company;
Furthermore, companies closely associated with primary insiders of the Company
have received subscriptions rights as detailed in the following:
• Observatoriet Invest AS, a company closely associated with Bjørn Kjos, who is
a board member in the Company, has received 9,359,922 subscription rights in the
Company;
• Nye Km Aviatrix Invest AS, a company closely associated with Anna Helene
Kjos-Mathisen, who is a board member in the Company, has received 7,501,401
subscription rights in the Company;
• Satoshi AS, a company closely associated with Rony Solaiman, who is a board
member in the Company, has received 2,955,465 subscription rights in the
Company;
• Dasha Invest AS, a company closely associated with Nils Sundling, who is the
chairman of the board in the Company, has received 2,151,652 subscription rights
in the Company; and
• Sam Eiendomspartner AS, a company closely associated with Stig Alexander
Kjos-Mathisen, who is the CEO of the Company, has received 455,881 subscription
rights in the Company.

primary insiders' and their close associates' receipt of subscription rights in
the Rights Issue.
