Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA – Result of bond buy-back

November 25, 2024 - Reference is made to the stock exchange release published by
Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (the “Company”) on November 18, 2024, regarding a
contemplated buy-back of the zero-coupon senior unsecured NOK 3,229,575,526 bond
issue maturing 30.09.2026 (Retained Claims Bonds with ISIN NO0010996457).

The “Reverse Dutch Auction” closed at 16:00 CEST, November 22, 2024. The Company
has decided to accept all offers up to and including a price of 92.000% of par
value (the “Buy-Back Price”).

The Company hereby confirms to buy back bonds with a total nominal value of NOK
72,656,042 by paying the Buy-Back Price. Cash settlement for the repurchase is
expected to occur on November 28, 2024. Following the buy-back, the Company
holds zero-coupon Retained Claims Bonds (ISIN: NO0010996457) for a total nominal
amount of NOK 73,557,332. The acquired bonds will be cancelled following
settlement.
