Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Nordic Aqua
Partners AS (the "Company") on 14 November 2024 regarding the final result of a
subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") and that the Company's board of
directors had resolved that a total of 212,812 offer shares (the "Subsequent
Offer Shares") would, subject to timely payment, be issued and allocated to the
subscribers in the Subsequent Offering.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Subsequent Offer
Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 21,213,567
divided on 21,213,567 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
The Subsequent Offer Shares are tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs from the time of
publication of this stock exchange announcement.
