AF Gruppen has signed an agreement with Linstow AS (Tollbugaten 32 AS / KS
Tollbugaten 32 AS) for the rehabilitation of office spaces at Tollbugata 32 and
Akersgata 13-15 in Oslo. The contract will be executed as a turnkey project in
collaboration, with AF Gruppen's share of the contract value being approximately
NOK 360 million excluding VAT.
The project includes the merging and total rehabilitation of the properties in
Kvadraturen in Oslo, with a planned extension in the existing backyard. After
the merger and extension, the office building will be over 15,000 m² GFA with
outward-facing businesses at street level.
"This is an exciting and challenging project with a good combination of new
construction and rehabilitation. We look forward to continuing the good
cooperation with Linstow, and we are excited to contribute to sustainable
redevelopment to preserve what has already been built", says Eirik Wraal,
Executive Vice President of AF Gruppen.
The building will be BREEAM certified and will achieve energy class A. Great
emphasis is placed on sustainable material use and flexible solutions.
Construction is scheduled to start in December 2024 with delivery in the 4th
quarter of 2026.
