Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Bruton Limited

Oslo Børs has decided to admit Sponsored Norwegian Depositary Receipts ("SNDRs")
in Bruton Limited to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. The company is granted an
exemption Euronext Growth Rulebook I section 3.1.13 as the company has been
incorporated in 2023. It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day
of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO
of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 21 February 2025
