Euronext Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Nordic Mining ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Nordic Mining ASA to trading on
Euronext Oslo Børs.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Euronext Oslo Børs.

The Company has been granted an exemption from the requirement for a limited
audit of the latest interim report, cf. Oslo Rule Book II, section 3.1.2.4.

The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than the 21st
of February 2025.
