Disclosure of shareholding

Funds managed by Orbis Investment Management Limited (“OIML”) have on 21
November 2024 sold 472,297 shares in Borr Drilling Ltd ("Borr"). OIML is
wholly-owned by Orbis Holdings Limited, which is in turn majority-owned by Orbis
Allan Gray Limited. Orbis Allan Gray Limited is wholly-owned by Allan & Gill
Gray Foundation.

Following the sale, the funds managed by OIML (“Funds”) own in aggregate
13,204,019 shares in Borr, which constitutes 4.99% of the shares and votes in
Borr. This figure does not include exchangeable bonds (ISIN NO0012828187) in
Borr owned by the Funds, which bring the aggregate total holdings above the 5%
threshold if counted on an "as converted" basis. The foregoing calculations are
based on 264,080,391 outstanding shares in Borr.
