SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is making changes to its organization and group
management team.

– In 2023, we developed a new business strategy with five focus areas that we
will prioritize towards 2030. These focus areas lead us into several major and
important changes. We are now adjusting our organization so that we are
well-equipped to implement these changes and thereby achieve our strategic
goals.

This is stated by Group CEO Hanne Karoline Kræmer. After almost a year as CEO,
she now announces changes in both the group's management and organization.

– We will create increased execution power by refining and strengthening our
units within three main areas: Business and Risk Management, Customer and
Business Value, and Business Development, Efficiency, and Support, explains
Kræmer.

Adapted to Strategic Goals

Within Customer and Business Value, the divisions for retail and corporate
markets are strengthened. They will, among other things, be responsible for the
respective credit areas, while subsidiaries EiendomsMegler 1, SNN Finans, and
SpareBank 1 Regnskapshuset will be more closely linked to the divisions to
strengthen collaboration and prioritization.

The units for Business and Risk Management are consolidated and refined. Group
Finance is strengthened with the department for sustainability and a dedicated
team for project implementation, while Risk Management is refined as a control
function.

Regarding Business Development, Efficiency, and Support, organizational and
business support is consolidated into one unit to provide both synergies and
increased efficiency. The Group maintains its strong position in the SpareBank 1
alliance by mainly retaining alliance functions in one unit; Business
Development and Technology.

The new organization will be effective from January 1, 2025.

– The changes will contribute to increased customer value and business, as well
as better quality and efficiency in operations. Our organization should be
adapted to our strategic goals and ensure that we harness the power of being
part of the SpareBank 1 alliance. At the same time, the organization must always
take into account regulatory frameworks for the industry," explains the CEO.

New Corporate Management

Changes are also being made to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's corporate management.
Lasse Hagerupsen, who has been part of the corporate management since 2014, has
decided to seek new challenges outsides the Group. Turid Aspenes is also
stepping down from the Group management team and is taking on the role of
leading the project implementation team.

– On behalf of the entire SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge, I would like to thank both
Lasse Hagerupsen and Turid Aspenes for their many years of effort in the Group
management team, says CEO Hanne Karoline Kræmer.

After the changes, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Group management will be as follows:

• Hanne Karoline Kræmer, Group CEO
• Bjørn Bardal, Acting Executive director Retail Market
• Trude Glad, Executive director Corporate Market
• Bengt Olsen, CFO
• Marius Nilsen, CRO
• Birgitte Nygård Vibe, Executive director Business Development and Technology
• Stein Vidar Loftås, Executive director Organization and Business Support
