Ayfie International (AIX) enters into an agreement with Vår Energi and Aker Solutions

Oslo, November 21, 2024: Ayfie International (Ayfie, OSE: AIX) has entered into
agreements with both the energy company Vår Energi and the oil services company
Aker Solutions.
The combined annual value of the agreements exceeds 750.000 NOK.

Ayfie entered into a partnership agreement in January 2024 with the
international IT company Arribatec Group. Ayfie was to contribute by delivering
business-critical solutions that enhance operational efficiency by developing a
solution to streamline access to business management procedures in Qualiware, a
platform where Arribatec holds a market-leading position.

The partnership has now resulted in two flagship clients. Both Vår Energi and
Aker Solutions are now ensured through Ayfie's technology that all documents in
Qualiware are fully searchable, which will improve information accessibility for
Vår Energi's 1,400 employees and Aker Solutions' 15,000 employees.
In addition to ensuring that documents in Qualiware are searchable, users at Vår
Energi and Aker Solutions will also benefit from artificial intelligence
assistance, which will offer users guidance and insights across all related
documents.

Ayfie sees great potential in delivering services together with Arribatec, and
