Notification of trade in the Medistim share

Tore Krogstad, related party to Medistim’s CEO Kari Krogstad, has purchased
through the company Engelia Invest AS 1500 shares in Medstim ASA the 20th of
November. The average price per share purchased was NOK 139.77. After the
purchase, Engelia Invest AS holds 1500 Medistim shares.
