Norsk Titanium AS: Exercise of warrants by primary insiders

Oslo, Norway, 20 November 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 18 November 2024
regarding the commencement of the final exercise period for warrants (the
"Warrants") issued in connection with the Company`s rights issue completed in
February 2024 (the "Rights Issue").
Today, the Company has been informed that all of the primary insiders who
participated in the Rights Issue have exercised their Warrants. The amounts
exercised by each are listed below:

• 14,329 Warrants have been exercised by Carl Johnson, Chief Executive Officer
and President
• 10,000 Warrants have been exercised by Ashar Ashary, Chief Financial Officer
• 5,000 Warrants have been exercised by Gail Balcerzak, Chief Legal and People
Officer
• 6,000 Warrants have been exercised by Nicholas Mayer, Vice President,
Commercial
• 27,644 Warrants have been exercised by Khazeem Adesokan, Vice President,
Quality
• 8,081 Warrants have been exercised by Anne Lene Gullen Bråten, Director
Finance
