VITO Kongsvinger AS, related party to board member and primary insider in AF
Gruppen ASA, Erik Veiby, has today sold 360,000 shares in AF Gruppen ASA at a
price of 134.00 per share. The shares were sold to ETV Invest AS, also a related
party to Erik Veiby.

Following these transactions VITO Kongsvinger AS and ETV Invest AS owns
1,511,676 and 400,000 shares respectively in AF Gruppen ASA.


This information is subject to disclosure requirements set out in the Market
