LINK Arkitektur part of framework agreement with the Danish Ministry of Defence Estate Agency

Multiconsult's (Oslo: MULTI) fully owned Danish subsidiary, LINK Arkitektur A/S,
is part of a team awarded a framework agreement by the Danish Ministry of
Defence Estate Agency. LINK Arkitektur will act as a subcontractor to WSP
Denmark A/S, which has secured a four-year framework agreement for technical
consultancy in the construction and building sector.
This national framework agreement has been awarded to four consultant teams,
with WSP as one of the selected teams. The agreement covers comprehensive
consultancy services for adapting physical facilities for the Armed Forces and
other authorities under the Ministry of Defence in Denmark, the Faroe Islands,
and Greenland. The framework operates on a nationwide basis, with projects
awarded through mini-tenders.
Work under the framework agreement is scheduled to commence in late 2024 and
continue until the end of 2028.
The expected value to Multiconsult through its subsidiary LINK Arkitektur, is
anticipated to be around DKK 87.5 million with a maximum potential value of DKK
131.5 million. The total value of the framework agreements, for all four
selected consultant teams, is estimated at DKK 700 million, with a maximum
potential value of DKK 1 050 million, excluding VAT.
The successful team comprises WSP along with subcontractors LINK Arkitektur,
Ingeniør'ne A/S and Steenbergs Tegnestue ApS.
