Hermana Holding ASA: Share consolidation and change of par value completed

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting in Hermana Holding ASA
(the "Company") held on 29 October 2024, where it was resolved to carry out (i)
a share consolidation in the ratio of 7:1 (the "Share Consolidation") and (ii) a
bonus issue in order to change the par value of the Company's shares to NOK 1.00
(the "Bonus Issue").
The Share Consolidation and the Bonus Issue have now been completed and
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following which
the Company's share capital is NOK 13 418 740 divided on 13 418 740 shares,
each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
