EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD – RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR DELISTING OF SHARES OF BEERENBERG AS

20 November 2024: Reference is made to the announcement made earlier today
regarding the compulsory acquisition of all shares of Beerenberg AS
("Beerenberg" or the "Company") not already owned by Altrad Investment Authority
S.A.S. ("Altrad"), following completion of the unregulated voluntary cash offer
by Altrad to acquire all outstanding shares in the Company (the "Offer").

An extraordinary general meeting of the Company (the "EGM") has today resolved
to apply for a delisting of the shares of Beerenberg from Euronext Growth Oslo.
Accordingly, the Company will apply for a delisting of its shares from Euronext
Growth Oslo as soon as possible.

The EGM also resolved to elect a new board of directors of the Company and to
compensate the former board members for the period from the annual general
meeting on 30 May 2024 to completion of the Offer in accordance with the
transaction agreement entered into between Altrad and the Company on 21 August
2024 regarding the Offer.
