Longship Group B.V. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has
successfully listed the bonds under its FRN senior secured EUR 60,000,000 bonds
2024/2027, ISIN: NO0013233171, on Nordic ABM as of today. Attached is the Bond
Terms, as well as the Admission Document and the Loan Description prepared in
connection with the listing.
