Awarded NOK 30 million defense contract with expansion option

(Oslo, Norway, 19 November 2024) Arribatec Group ASA (OSE: ARR, Arribatec)
today announces the award of a major contract with the Norwegian Defense
Material Agency (“FMA”).
The contract includes a wide range of services related to the delivery of a
Business Management System for FMA, including software, expertise, training,
development and support over a period of seven years, with a total estimated
value of 30 MNOK. The contract also includes an option to extend the same
services to the Norwegian Armed Forces, with estimated value of 166 MNOK.
The company expects to commence work for FMA during Q4 2024.
