With reference to notification on 8 November 2024 regarding subscription to
Sparebanken Vest’s equity capital certificate savings program for employees.
Sparebanken Vest has now transferred 257,025 equity certificates from the bank's
own holding to the employees in accordance with their subscription in the
savings program.

Sparebanken Vest holds 55,652 equity certificates after this transfer of equity
capital certificates.
