Norwegian Block Exchange AS: Key information relating to the preferential rights
issue
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norwegian
Block Exchange AS (the "Company") earlier today, on 18 November 2024, regarding
the planned partly underwritten rights issue with preferential subscription
rights for existing shareholders to raise gross proceeds of up to NOK 17 million
(the "Rights Issue").
Date on which the terms and conditions of the preferential rights issue were
announced: 18 November 2024
Last day including right: 20 November 2024
Ex-date: 21 November 2024
Record Date: 22 November 2024
Date of approval: 20 November 2024
Maximum number of new shares: 68,518,518
Subscription price: NOK 0.27
Ratio preferential rights: Each existing shareholder as of 20 November 2024 (and
being registered as such in Euronext Securities Oslo, the Norwegian Central
Securities Depository, (the VPS) as at the expiry of 22 November 2024 (the
record date)) will be granted 0.499978 subscription rights for each share
registered as held by the shareholder. The number of subscription rights granted
to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole
subscription right.
Subscription ratio: 1:1 (number of new shares per subscription right)
