Black Sea Property AS: Mandatory Notification of Trade

North Bridge Management AS, a close associate of Board member Dag Espen Arnesen,
has today agreed to transfer a total of 3,539,770 shares in Black Sea Property
AS to two related parties of North Bridge Management AS for a price of NOK 0.12
per share.

Black Sea Property AS is a real estate company with holdings in a real estate
project on the Black Sea coast called Sunrise River Beach Resort. Sunrise River
Beach Resort is a partially completed project and will upon completion comprise
