Please find enclosed the third quarter report for Standard Supply AS (Standard
Supply, OSE:STSU). The third quarter dividend of NOK 1.10 per share was paid on
October 22nd, resulting in total dividends paid of NOK 1.2bn or 6.27 per share
since the IPO in 2022 not adjusted for the share consolidation in the ratio
100:1 registered on 29th October. Following this payment the Company will be
left with a smaller cash position of USD 4-5 million and will continue to
evaluate opportunities to maximize the remaining value of the Company.
