NHC welcomes Linda Hofstad Helleland as member of the board of directors

At the extraordinary general meeting in Norlandia Health & Care Group AS (NHC)
that took place on 15 November 2024, the shareholders appointed Linda Hofstad
Helleland as new board member.

Linda Hofstad Helleland is currently a member of the Norwegian Parliament, and
she has previously held several ministerial positions; she was Minister of
Culture from 2015 to 2018, Minister of Children and Equality from 2018 to 2019,
and Minister of Districts and Digitalization from 2020 to 2021. She also has
extensive international experience as the former Vice President of the World
Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and currently serves as the Chair of the Committee on
Culture, Sports, Media, and Science in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council
of Europe.

"I look forward to joining the board and contributing to the further development
of NHC’s welfare services across six Northern European countries. As I leave
Parliament in a few months, I am eager to bring my national and international
experience to support NHC in advancing innovative welfare solutions that deliver
high quality and meet society's needs," says Linda Hofstad Helleland.

NHC’s other board members are Kristian Adolfsen (chair), Roger Adolfsen and
Ingvild Ragna Myhre.
