Building apartments in Oslo

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Poseidon
Properties for the construction of three apartment buildings in Holtveien,
Nordstrand, Oslo. The contract, which is a turnkey project, is worth
approximately NOK 219 million excluding VAT.

The residential project Linjen at Holtet includes the construction of 51
apartments distributed across three buildings with an underground parking
garage. The apartments, ranging from 49 to 178 m² BRA, will have a high standard
and spacious southwest-facing terraces.

Construction is estimated to start in the first quarter of 2025, with completion
in the second half of 2026.
