Solstad Maritime Holding AS: Extraordinary general meeting held

Skudeneshavn, 14 November 2024. Reference is made to Solstad Offshore ASA's
(SOFF) announcement on 29 October 2024 regarding the received notice of an
Extraordinary General Meeting to be held today in Solstad Maritime Holding AS
(SMH).

SOFF has been informed by SMH that the meeting was held today and that all
proposals on the agenda were approved.

Please find attached a copy of the minutes from the meeting.

Solstad Offshore ASA indirectly owns 126,908,020 shares in Solstad Maritime
Holding AS (27.3% ownership). Solstad Offshore ASA share of the dividend amount
to NOK  63 454 010.
