Johansson, Ilija Batljan, Interim CEO, Sanja Batljan, a close associate of
Ilija Batljan, Andre Gaden, COO, Ylva Goransson, CFO, Marianne Aalby, EVP
Finance and ESG and Tone Omsted, EVP IR and Corporate Finance, each a primary
insider in Public Property Invest ASA (the "Company") has today acquired call
options relating to the shares in the Company as further specified in the
attached notification forms.
