SHELF DRILLING NORTH SEA NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hamilton, Bermuda, November 12, 2024 – Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. (“Shelf
Drilling North Sea” or “SDNS”, Euronext Growth Oslo: SDNS) announces that its
2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on December 4, 2024. The Notice of
Annual General Meeting is attached to this announcement.
