Å Energi: Successful Issuance of new Green NOK Bond Issue and Tap issues

Å Energi AS, rated A- (Stable) by Scope, has today successfully issued NOK 300
million in a new green unsecured bond issue with maturity date 28 February 2028.
Application for the bonds to be listed at Oslo Børs will be sent.


In addition, Å Energi AS has done tap issues in the following green unsecured
bond loans:


NOK 250 million in ISIN NO0013251843 with maturity date 5. September 2029. The
outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 700 million.

NOK 250 million in ISIN NO0013251850 with maturity date 5. September 2029. The
outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 900 million.

NOK 400 million in ISIN NO0013013920 with maturity date 19 September 2030. The
outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 900 million.

Settlement date for all issues is 27 November 2024.
