Ayfie International AS: Registration of share capital increase

(Oslo, November 13, 2024) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
by Ayfie International AS ("Ayfie" or the "Company") on October 30, 2024
regarding a successfully completed private placement (the "Private Placement")
of new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares").
The share capital increase related to issuance of Offer Shares in the Private
Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 42,023,796 divided on
21,011,898 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.00.
