(Oslo, November 13, 2024): Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
by Ayfie International AS ("Ayfie" or the "Company") on 30 October 2024
regarding a successfully completed private placement of new shares in the
Company (the "Private Placement"). Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) was
appointed as manager for the Private Placement (the "Manager"). Please see the
