Mandatory notification of trades

Rattern AS, a company closely associated with Sverre Hurum, has on the 12th of
November 2024, sold 5,000 Bouvet ASA shares at NOK 73.5000 per share.

New holding is 100,000 shares. Sverre Hurum is a board member in Rattern AS. As
a result of this transaction, Sverre Hurum including direct and indirect
relations hold 3,428,841 shares in Bouvet ASA.
