12 November 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Eqva ASA
(the "Company") published on 7 November 2024 (Share capital increase) regarding
part settlement for the acquisition of Kvinnherad Elektro A/S to one of the
sellers, K E Invest AS with 986 193 new shares in the Company (the
"Settlement").
The share capital increase pertaining to the Settlement is now registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's
registered share capital is NOK 3,769,800.45 divided into 75,396,009 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 and carrying one vote in the Company's
general meeting.
