Sparebanken Møre – Nomination Committee’s recommendations for the General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 31 October 2024 regarding
the notice of the General Meeting of Sparebanken Møre on 21 November 2024 at
17:00. The notice stated that the Nomination Committee’s recommendations for
item 32/24 would be distributed later. The Nomination Committee has now
completed its work. Enclosed is the updated item 32/24 (in Norwegian), including
the Nomination Committee’s recommendations for the election of representatives
for Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Møre (savings bank foundation in the process
of establishment).

An English version of the notice of the General Meeting and the agenda documents
in Norwegian are available from the bank’s website www.sbm.no/generalforsamling.
