Nykode Therapeutics ASA - Disclosure of Large Shareholding
Oslo, Norway, November 8, 2024

Norda ASA has today acquired 5,000,000 shares in Nykode Therapeutics ASA at an
average price of NOK 1.9172 per share. Norda ASA will together with Christian
Åbyholm and the Group of companies Victoria India Fund AS and Caaby AS following
the share transaction hold in total 32,857,225 shares in the Nykode Therapeutics
ASA, corresponding to approx. 10.1% of the total outstanding shares.
