BEWI ASA - Mandatory notification of trade by close associate of primary insider

By a group internal transaction, Conchilia AS, a company in which Kverva
Industrier AS has an ownership interest of approximately 70%, has sold 267,600
shares in BEWI ASA to Kverva Industrier AS at a price of NOK 24,54 per share.

Following this, Kverva Industrier AS owns 15,560,024 shares (8.12%) in BEWI ASA.
In addition, Kverva AS is a party to total return swap agreement with a third
party under which Kverva AS has a financial exposure to 9,092,220 shares (4.74%)
in BEWI ASA, resulting in Kverva AS having a total BEWI ASA exposure equal to
24,652,244 shares (12.86%).

Kverva Industrier AS is a close associate of Pernille Skarstein Christensen who
is a board member in BEWI ASA. Please see further details in the attached
notification of trade.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation and Sections 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
