Plattsburgh New York, November 7, 2024 — Norsk Titanium (Euronext: NTI, OTCQX:
NORSF), a global leader in additive manufacturing for aerospace-grade structural
titanium components using its patented Rapid Plasma Deposition® (RPD®)
technology, received continued funding to develop and mature its production
process for nickel superalloy components for US Department of Defense (US DoD)
applications.

In support of this effort, Norsk Titanium has completed a critical development
milestone, with rigorous statistical material analysis, confirming that its RPD®
process produces nickel superalloy components suitable for broader customer
applications beyond defense in full accordance with established material
specifications and industry standards.

This achievement demonstrates the ability of Norsk Titanium’s RPD® wire-based
production process to manufacture components with complex geometries from a wide
range of metals while maintaining material integrity. The goal of the
development effort with the US DoD is to supply large components traditionally
manufactured with legacy forging and casting methods.

Nickel superalloys are used across defense and oil and gas applications that
require high strength and resistance to corrosion. Norsk Titanium’s customers
are actively exploring new manufacturing processes to achieve cost and schedule
efficiencies in their products. Building on previous advancements in material
development, these milestones highlight the versatility and growing potential of
Norsk Titanium's RPD® process to meet complex manufacturing needs across various
industries and materials.
