Oslo, November 6, 2024: Lars Hjarrand, CFO and a primary insider of Navamedic
ASA, has today bought 20.000 Navamedic ASA shares at an average price of NOK
23,80 per share. See attachment for further details about the transaction.
Following this transaction, Lars Hjarrand holds 355,882 shares and 200,000
options in the company.
