Shareholding disclosure - Nordnet AB (publ)

On November 4, 2024, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, was allocated 39,115,674
shares in EAM Solar (ISIN: NO0010607781) through an equity issue. Following this
transaction, Nordnet AB (publ), via its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring
AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, will hold a total of 39,406,978 shares in the
company on a consolidated basis. This represents 25.67% of the outstanding
shares and voting rights in the company once the new shares are fully paid and
registered.

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
