NONG: Mandatory notification of trade

Tone Hagerupsen, closely associated with Lasse Hagerupsen (EVP Personal
Banking), has today received 17,000 NONG as a gift.

The transaction was made outside the market place and is valued at NOK 1,960,100
based on a price pr. NONG at NOK 115.30

responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge in accordance with Regulation EU
296/2014 (MAR) art. 19
