Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements in connection with
the merger of SpareBank 1 Østlandet and Totens Sparebank, including the stock
exchange announcement on 1 November 2024 regarding the completion of the merger.
In connection with the completion of the merger, the following primary insiders
and close associates of primary insiders have received compensation certificates
in SpareBank 1 Østlandet for equity certificates in Totens Sparebank, at a
subscription price of NOK 117.88 per equity certificate:
Klara-Lise Aasen, CEO of SpareBank 1 Østlandet, has been allocated 86 equity
certificates. Following the completion of the merger, Klara-Lise Aasen, together
with close associates (Kabra Invest AS, wholly owned by Klara-Lise Aasen), holds
a total of 8,086 equity certificates.
Geir-Egil Bolstad, CFO of SpareBank 1 Østlandet, has been allocated 1,800 equity
certificates. Following the completion of the merger, Geir-Egil Bolstad holds a
total of 46,416 equity certificates.
Johan Ø. Røstøen, Executive Director of Operations and Integration at SpareBank
1 Østlandet, has been allocated 4,239 equity certificates. Following the
completion of the merger, Johan Ø. Røstøen holds a total of 4,239 equity
certificates.
Kim Gøran Hårstadsveen, observer on the board of SpareBank 1 Østlandet, has been
allocated 1,656 equity certificates. Following the completion of the merger, Kim
Gøran Hårstadsveen holds a total of 1,656 equity certificates.
Geir Stenseth, board member of SpareBank 1 Østlandet, has been allocated 1,967
equity certificates. Ann Kristin Stenseth, close associate to Geir Stenseth, has
been allocated 2,574 equity certificates. Following the completion of the
merger, Geir Stenseth, together with close associates, holds a total of 4,541
equity certificates.
