Athens, Greece, 4 November 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement by Diana Shipping Inc. (the "Company") on 31 October 2024 regarding
the approval and publication of the Company's prospectus in connection with the
listing of a new senior unsecured bond issue with an initial issue amount of USD
150 million with ISIN NO0013265835 on Euronext Oslo Børs.

As of today, the bonds start trading on Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker code
"DIASH03".
