Aquila Holdings ASA makes organizational changes effective as of 4 November 2024

Aquila Holdings ASA is implementing organizational changes effective Monday,
November 4, 2024. Interim CEO Nils Haugestad will leave the company on December
31, 2024. From November 4 until the end of the year, he will assume the role of
CFO. The board thanks Nils Haugestad for his contribution as interim CEO over
several years.
The new interim CEO will be Kristian Zahl, who is currently Senior Vice
President at Aquila Holdings ASA. Kristian Zahl has been with the company since
2017 and has extensive experience and expertise in the seismic market and the
company's multi-client segment. Kristian Zahl will assume the role starting
Monday, November 4, 2024. The board looks forward to having Aquila Holdings ASA
under his leadership.
